- Don't like the layout. The font is too small and the page margins are huge. It looks like the original layout was used and printed on pages much too large for the format.
- You need a psychology background to really understand this book. It has therories and principles that most people don't know.
- Needs pyramid give us a clue to understand people. It's a clue for a very basic issue of people needs. That is Maslow's huge value compared to others. But every one can also point out so many errors in his needs pyramid. So, what's wrong with it. One key issue is that Maslow did not point out that needs are dynamic...
