  • I have several of Ms Koch's cookbooks and this is the best. After reading through the book yesterday when I received it, I can't wait to make many of the recipes. I like the makeover to reduce calories, sodium, etc without spoiling the taste. This book she has included portions for 2 and exchanges which also meet my needs. Can’t wait for he next cookbook.

Ingredients you can buy at any grocery store and easy to follow step by step directions. Cutting sugar, fat and calories yes, yes and yes. The difference between the restaurant style and the recipe book style is shocking how much bad stuff is reduced. An excellent book for sure.
